XR Raman Filter Sets
We currently offer stock
filter sets for common Raman laser wavelengths. Each set comes with a
laser line filter for removing spurious background from the probe
laser, and an ALPHA-Epsilon longpass edge filter to provide deep
blocking of the Rayleigh scattering. Custom sets or individual parts
can be made for other laser wavelengths.
XR01 : for 488nm laser excitation
The
XR01 set is designed for use with the 488nm line of an argon ion
lasers. The laser line filter is designed to provide >60%
transmission of the 488nm line, and broadband blocking from the UV to
2500nm of the other lines associated with this laser. The longpass
edge filter is designed to provide >OD5 (0.001% T) blocking at the
488nm laser line, with a very steep edge slope and high transmission
in the passband (>85% average). It is designed to be angle-tuned
up to 10° for best performance. |
XR02: for 514.5nm laser excitation
The
XR02 set is designed for use with the 514nm line of argon ion
lasers. The laser line filter is designed to provide >60%
transmission of the 514.5nm line, and broadband blocking from the UV
to 1500nm of the other lines associated with this laser. The longpass
edge filter is designed to provide >OD5 (0.001% T) blocking at the
514.5nm laser line, with a very steep edge slope and high
transmission in the passband (>85% average). It is designed to be
angle-tuned up to 10° for best performance. |
XR03: for 532nm laser excitation
The
XR03 set is designed for use with the 532nm line of the frequency
double Nd: YAG laser and other solid state lasers. The laser line
filter is designed to provide >60% transmission of the 532nm line,
and broadband blocking from the UV to 1500nm. The longpass edge
filter is designed to provide >OD5 (0.001% T) blocking at the 532
laser line, with a very steep edge slope and high transmission in the
passband (>85% average). It is designed to be angletuned up to
10° for best performance. |
XR04: for 632.8nm laser excitation
The
XR04 set is designed for use with the 632.8nm line of the
helium-neon laser. The laser line filter is designed to provide>60%
transmission of the 632.8nm line, and broadband blocking from the UV
to 1500nm. The longpass edge filter is designed to provide >OD5
(0.001% T) blocking at the 632.8nm laser line, with a very steep edge
slope and high transmission in the passband (>85% average). It is
designed to be angle-tuned up to 10° for best performance. |
XR05: for 785nm laser excitation
The
XR05 set is designed for use with the 785nm line of the Ti: sapphire
laser and other solid state or diode lasers. The laser line filter is
designed to provide>60% transmission of the 785nm line, and
broadband blocking from the UV to 2500nm. The longpass edge filter is
designed to provide >OD5 (0.001% T) blocking at the 785nm laser
line, with a very steep edge slope and high transmission in the
passband (>85% average). It is designed to be angle-tuned up to
10° for best performance. |
